Circus Theme Birthday Party Ideas

Step right up, folks! The circus is in town! Priscilla Pandolfo shows us how to bring a a vibrant, fun-filled circus theme birthday party to life. Let us indulge in some carnival style fun right away!

The buffet table is a colorful composition that includes every aspect of an energetic circus in the frame. The troupe has clowns, stage performers, elephants and other animals frolicking around the table. The arena is full of  colorful treats, and the red circus tent and the hanging light display are perfect replications of an original circus scene.

The stage is set with bright balloons floating on either side. The trunks beneath the table add a rustic charm to the display. A chalkboard easel set beside a ring master’s hat and a furry white rabbit spruce up the rest of the space.

This cake is simply magnificent! The tiers are a harmony of colors and the top one with stars, stripes and side poles with a hanging bunting add authenticity. The clown performing a juggling act beneath the cake completes the look, and the entire effect is a real showstopper.

Here’s a great idea, a Ferris wheel that is both a wonderful décor element and also houses cupcakes.

A majestic elephant marches across a crowd of cupcakes with moustache toppers on a base of red and white stripes.

Here, a clown pulls the red fluffy textured curtains to reveal a gathering of popcorn containers with orange and white spots.

Aren’t these circus drum cakes arranged in a neat pyramid really clever?

Fondant cake pops decorated with designs of balloons and popcorn are amazing. The ribbons in silk bows add to the splendour.

Sweet clown faces with stripe poles to pick them by are both practical and pretty.

The beverage is served in little bottles decorated with clown bows and an ornate base of gold and red pompoms. The straws in red and white spots complete the fun.

These customized cookies with pop corn toppers are simply perfect for this theme.

Now that the rabbit’s out, the hat trick continues and this time it is to produce a pack of sweet delights.

Tubes decorated with red glitter and bright yellow buttons contain a stack of sweets for the guests to enjoy.

There’s candy to take home in little moustache jars. I love the details like the addition of the satin ribbon at the base and the colorful hats on top that are so carefully thought of to blend in with the theme.

This brings us to the end of the wonderful show Priscilla created! Hope you all have had fun and also found enough ideas for the next party. All Out and over!
