If there is one thing that young teenage girls love, it is fashion! Taylor was no exception. So, it was only apt to hold a fashion-theme party inspired by her favorite show, Project Runway, for her Bat Mitzvah. Get ready for a glamorous and fun-filled experience, as we take a look at the beautiful event Linzi of Linzi Events created, for Taylor’s special celebration.
How stylish is this venue bathed in pink and with overtones of gold! Massive shadows bounce off the pillars and walls of the magnificent venue hall, enveloping the room and creating a stunning ambiance! The centerpieces are bold mannequins dressed in fashionable two-piece dresses. The tables are arranged so that the setting resembles a runway leading up to a stage, with live fashion videos on a screen, forming the backdrop.
Here is a close up of the mannequins with bold black and white designs, and draped in impressive dresses. The beautiful strapless bodices are an elegant display of floral blooms. A scintillating waistband separates it from a feather-ruffled skirt. Don’t you think these mannequin designs are fashion-forward elements in true Project Runway style?
Candlelight adds a soft glow to the beautiful table settings, bringing glamour and mystique to the scene. Fresh floral centerpieces add greater charm to the settings.
Drawing inspiration from the actual Project Runway setting, this “Project Taylor” stage display is as good as the original.
Custom created menu cards are placed within shimmering pink fabric napkins on a petal-textured table cloth—pretty in pink and very feminine.
The dinner tables have an assortment of flowers displayed in glass vases, with a sprinkling of silver glitter at the base. Notice the fashionable place setting that reads Vera Wang on a silver gilded black frame!
The candle lighting ceremony is a sentimental moment for the entire family and Linzi made sure that special attention was paid to the platform where it was to be conducted. She created a unique and memorable display for the event, with vibrant pink roses punctuating a pastel pink base.
The edible party favors included pink bubble gum candy and classic cupcakes with luxurious pink and white frosting. Everything in this picture resonates with pink, from the bright and colorful tablecloth to the ribbons wrapping the glass boxes and jar.
