Frozen Themed Birthday Party

Frozen Themed Birthday Party

The perpetual winter that trapped Anna’s kingdom and the enchanting musical journey in Disney’s Frozen provides the perfect theme for a splendid birthday party. Nina of Events by Nina worked with this idea to create a fantastic Frozen Themed birthday party for 5-year old Kalliyan. So join us as we visit Anna, Elsa, Olaf and all their friends at this delightful and cool party.

The shimmering snowy landscape of the fairy tale kingdom is recreated in this buffet. The signature blue and white color palette comes to life through the snowflake cover with flourishes of silver accents. The cake is a smooth white sculpture with snow-decked spruce trees, and the comedic Olaf and the reindeer sidekick forming the cake topper. I love the idea of customizing mason jars with silver glitter to fit the theme. These hold Olaf cake pops and make an interesting display.

From high above, the view is simply splendid. In the center is an enormous picture of the Snow Queen Elsa and Anna in an ornate white frame. Pretty snowflakes gently fall in the backdrop of the table, causing a magical snowy effect. A delectable spread of sweet delights, ranging from yummy cupcakes to cookies and macaroons in white and soft blue are arranged on the table.

The beverage for the party is a fantastic blue color, one that perfectly matches the rest of the party décor. What really impressed me here, is the attention to detail. Notice the blue and white striped straws, and how the beverage jars are decorated with fine white lace designs at the bottom? I also liked the idea of scattering artificial snow below the beverage dispenser to create an authentic wintry scene.

Here’s a brilliant idea: Nina created marvelous white trees on either side of the beverage dispenser, with customized blue candy favors for flowers. Party favors also include Chocolate bars with customized candy wrappers, that are perfect for the theme. The vintage apothecary cabinets add elegance, while shining silver baubles are an enchanting addition to the table. The silver and white chevron print on the tablecloth adds a stunning effect to the entire arrangement.

Every little girl at the party would be thrilled to receive her own snow princess wand. These pretty dress-up props are piled high on a wand tree, forming an interesting display.

Perfect for the theme, Olaf cake pops not only look original, but taste great too. The display is beautiful in a shimmering jar with glossy blue balls filling up the empty spaces.

Milk chocolates have been wrapped in customized Frozen candy wrappers. Aren’t they the perfect indulgence for the little girls to have at home, as they recollect the day’s events?

Adorable little bottles decorated with tiny snowflakes hold princess snow, and are placed in the apothecary cabinets.

Here are all the delicious treats from this Frozen party. With luscious frosted cupcakes, sweet cookies, glamorous cake pops and bewitching macaroons, there is enough choice to satisfy everyone.

Wasn’t that party remarkable? I’m sure the Frozen princesses would have loved it, just as much as little Kalliyan did. Thank you Nina for sharing these interesting pictures with us.
