Pink and  Brown Table Decorations – Pink and brown tableware can be very simple using a solid color tablecloth and tableware. Single-color items are generally the least expensive way to go. There are also a variety of printed plates, napkins and cups available.  Add interest to your table with centerpieces. Glass vases can be dressed up with pink or brown glass stones or marbles. Add some pink carnations and you have an inexpensive, pretty centerpiece. You can purchase vases from Ikea, a wholesale floral store, target, or dollar store.

Haley from The Autocrat is the creator of this lovely pink and brown baby shower. The sweet table was filled with treats and Haley did a great job incorporating pink and brown into everything from chocolate dipped pretzels to strawberry granola parfaits. The plastic baby bottles filled with small candy was a fun addition to the baked goods.

Pink and brown favors are everywhere and those that top the list for popularity are either edible or usable ones. Unless you are having a couples shower, feminine items are appreciated like candles, manicure sets, pink luggage tags and soaps.

This lovely food table, created by Jessica of Jessica Kettle Photography, was actually used for a baptism. However, there are so many perfect touches that could work for a pink and brown baby shower.

*The puffy decorations hanging from the ceiling in various shades of pink add a splash of color to the room.
*The table runner also brings in the pink color.
*Chocolate cupcakes adds a touch of brown to the table.
*Candles add elegance. You could use either brown or pink.

Main Dish: Shrimp is a wonderful pink food filled with protein. You can either serve it as an appetizer or as the topping on a salad. Ham salad is another option for a main dish. For vegetarians, try a recipe with pinto beans.
Drink: Pink lemonade with added fresh strawberries is a very refreshing drink. You will also find many punch recipes online with a pink strawberry sherbet ring. Strawberry smoothies are another healthy drink option. They usually consist of fresh strawberries, yogurt or milk, and vanilla extract.
Deserts: They can range from pink frosted cupcakes and strawberry tarts to a strawberry ice cream sundae. Recipes for many of these items is available on Cooks.com. The raspberry cheesecake shown below also looks delicious.

The rest of the photos are from a wonderful pink and brown baby shower by Kim aka The Partiologist.  She was kind enough to allow me to showcase her fantastic ideas.    Here is an overview of the sweet table filled with many treats and fun decorations.

The tablecloth was a brown shower curtain tied with pink and brown ribbon through the holes.

There were so many cute and delicious-looking treats.  All of them and much more can be found on The Partiologist website.  Here are some of my favorites:
