I recently went to a birthday party for a boy who LOVES a good S’Mores Cake. In fact he loves anything that resemble this camp fire treat. His grandma Pat created this masterpiece and actually used a lighter to char each individual marshmallow.
Pat actually found the recipe on line at Love Lori.com and it was a huge hit. When you cut the cake you get two layers of frosing, one chocolate and the other marshmallow. It was so delicious!
