Personalized Apple Cider Packets – You can either purchase them or make your own by printing labels on your computer and attaching them to store-bought hot apple cider packs. Alpine and Motts Spiced Cider are both tasty.
Caramel Apples: Start with good apples like Honey Crisp, Gala, or for a tangier taste Granny Smith. You can find them in-season during the fall. They are so easy to make and . Other ingredients include: caramels, milk, nuts and cupcake paper wrappers or cellophane for wrapping.
Simply unwrap the caramels in a glass bowl and microwave them. Take out the stem of the apple and place a stick where the stem would be. Dip the apples into the caramel and then in nuts (which are optional.) Place on a buttered piece of parchment paper for cooling. When sufficiently cooled you can wrap them. (Photo by Jwelsh)
