Don’t we all love shimmering and sparkling winter-theme parties? Mixing metals with white has a glamorous sophistication, and this is what Iryna Belinovich of Red Balloon Events perfected at Nia’s Winter Wonderland Birthday Party. Let’s take a look.
Here is an amazing buffet that is all glitz and glamor. The shimmering elements form a festive arrangement against the softly ruffled white backdrop. Generating visual interest, is the mix of textures throughout the arrangement. Strings of fairy lights dance behind the sheer white curtains, forming a spectacular display. The table is a feast for the eyes with round balloons, conical birthday hats, and glittering branches, all at different heights strewn across the table, creating an interesting mix.
From up close, notice how pretty everything on the table is! Dazzling in the center are letters spelling out the birthday girl’s name. Fluffy, white marshmallows and delicate white roses form a striking contrast against the bling elements, which include the glittering birthday hats and the shining table cover. The crystal bowl and silver cake stands are elegant and classy. Pops of wintry purples, blues and pinks are introduced for a youthful vibe.
Iryna has selected the perfect party food, which forms part of the décor as well. Snowy marshmallows and macaroons in silver foil cases are divinely tempting. The shimmering tree branches, the bejewelled cake stand, crystal vases and the pure white roses are enchanting additions to the spread. Notice the polar bear in the marshmallow bowl; isn’t he adorable?
I simply love this burst of color in the otherwise white décor. Candy roses in pink and glossy purple candy beads are vibrant and bloom in the winter wonderland.
Individual servings of popcorn, dressed up for the party in doily wrappers are placed in a splendid bowl. Party favors in silver boxes with fine, white exquisite details deck a cake stand, while the perfect ivory macaroons add finishing touches to an exquisite gold plate with sparkling accents. The entire image is captivating!
Look at these adorable elements, that are tied to the theme but are distinct in the colors they bring to the table. A precious snowman dressed in pink and blue, snowflake cookies with pink nuclei and rose cotton candy welcome the guests.
Here is a cozy looking cake for a cool, winter-theme party. Snow-white frosting tumbles down onto a base of pink, and lovable little snowmen sit snug against it. Blue snowflakes sparkle above and are strewn across the base. A white candle with pink impressions on it marks the center of the dear little cake.
The birthday baby has her own seat of honor beside the buffet, and her own fantastic smash cake with white ruffles on a purple and pink base. The high chair is decorated like a throne with sheer fabric in purple and white to look just perfect for the little Snow Princess.
Decorating the venue are glassy snowflakes that hang from the ceiling, to add the finishing touches to this cool party!
